CCPA / California Privacy Rights
Last updated: July 14, 2026
1. Overview
This page describes the rights California residents have under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), with respect to personal information collected by AI Humanizer Lab Inc. ("AI Humanizer Lab," "we," "us," or "our"). It supplements our full Privacy Policy.
2. Categories of Personal Information We Collect
• Identifiers — your email address and name, if you sign in with Google; your IP address.
• Internet or network activity — pages and tools you visit, request timing, and (only if you accept our cookie banner) analytics identifiers from Google Analytics and Amplitude.
• User-generated content — the text you submit to any tool and the output we return to you.
• Account information — your profile picture and OAuth provider name, if you sign in.
We do not collect sensitive categories such as government ID numbers, precise geolocation, or biometric data.
3. Sources of Personal Information
We collect personal information directly from you (the text you submit, your account sign-in), automatically as you use the Service (IP address, usage data), and from Google if you choose to sign in with your Google account.
4. How We Use It
We use this information to provide the tools you request, save your history if you have an account, enforce fair-use limits, keep the Service secure, and understand aggregate usage through analytics. The full list of purposes is set out in our Privacy Policy.
5. Do We Sell or Share Your Personal Information?
No. We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not "share" personal information (as that term is defined under the CPRA) for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not run any advertising cookies or ad-retargeting on the Service.
6. Your California Privacy Rights
You have the right to: know what personal information we have collected about you and why; delete personal information we hold about you, subject to certain legal exceptions; correct inaccurate personal information; opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (not currently applicable, since we do not sell or share it); limit the use of sensitive personal information (not applicable, as described above); and not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
7. How to Submit a Request
Email support@aihumanizerlab.com to submit a request to know, delete, or correct your personal information. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. We will respond within 45 days, with a possible one-time 45-day extension if reasonably necessary. You may make this type of request up to twice within a 12-month period free of charge. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, provided we can verify the agent's authority to act for you.
8. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Because we do not sell or share personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA, there is currently no opt-out mechanism to provide — there is nothing to opt out of. If this ever changes, we will update this page and provide a functioning opt-out link here.
