GDPR Compliance

1. Overview

This page explains how AI Humanizer Lab Inc. ("AI Humanizer Lab," "we," "us," or "our") complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR if you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. It supplements our full Privacy Policy, which describes in detail what we collect and why.

For GDPR purposes, AI Humanizer Lab acts as the data controller for the account and history information described in our Privacy Policy, and as a processor is not applicable to how you use the tools directly.

3. Your Rights Under the GDPR

If the GDPR applies to you, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; rectify inaccurate data; erase your data ("right to be forgotten"); restrict how we process your data; receive your data in a portable format; and object to processing based on legitimate interest, including for analytics.

The Service does not make any solely automated decision about you that produces legal or similarly significant effects — our tools process the text you submit and return a result to you; they do not evaluate, score, or make decisions about you as a person.

4. How We Process Your Data

The full list of what we collect, how long we keep it, and which third-party processors we use (including OpenRouter for the AI Humanizer and Paraphraser tools, and our hosting provider in Germany) is set out in our Privacy Policy — please read it alongside this page for the complete picture.

5. International Data Transfers

Our infrastructure is hosted in Germany, within the EEA. Some of our service providers are based in or process data in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent mechanism recognized under applicable law.

6. How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of the rights above, email support@aihumanizerlab.com. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request. We aim to respond within 30 days.

You can also exercise some rights yourself directly: delete individual history entries from the History page, or manage cookie consent in your browser at any time.

7. Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your personal data or a request you made, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in your country of residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement.

8. Contact

Questions about GDPR compliance or a data-subject request can be sent to support@aihumanizerlab.com.
